If you have a special request, our artists can work on even much larger canvases – there is no limit.

After you’ve approved the initial photos we email you of the painting (portraits excluded), and you find yourself dissatisfied with the final piece, you’re welcome to send it back for adjustments. If, despite our efforts, the painting still doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll issue a refund, less the actual cost of shipping. Please note, the requested changes should align with your original instructions to our artists. We are committed to working on the revisions until the painting aligns with your vision.

We only use reputable carriers (Door to door express) like FedEx, DHL or UPS. We ship unframed paintings in a protective, hard plastic tube.
